Booking & Jobs
Browse fundis by trade or estate, open a profile, and tap Book Appointment to pick a date — or use Post a Job and let available fundis reach you. You can also chat with any fundi directly on WhatsApp from their card.
You can browse and contact fundis without an account. Creating a free account lets you track your bookings and receipts, and manage everything from your dashboard.

Fundis marked Fast Dispatch are ready for urgent jobs — typically same-day for emergencies like burst pipes or power faults. Available Today means they have open slots today.
Payments & Pricing
Each fundi sets their own rates, shown on their profile. The Pricing & Trade Guides page lists typical market ranges per trade so you know what to expect before you agree on a price.
You pay the fundi directly — usually via M-Pesa after the job is done. FundiMtaani does not take a cut and does not hold your money. Never send full payment before the work is complete.
You pay the fundi directly via M-Pesa, cash or bank transfer. FundiMtaani handles matching and booking only: we don’t issue invoices or receipts, and we don’t process payments.
Cancellations & Issues
Contact the fundi directly by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible — their number is on your booking and their profile. If you can't reach them, message our help desk and we'll step in.
First, talk to the fundi — most will come back to fix genuine issues. Leave an honest review so neighbours know. For serious disputes, contact our help desk with your booking reference and we'll review the case.
Message our help desk on WhatsApp immediately with the fundi's name and what happened. Fake listings are removed and repeat offenders are banned permanently.
